At Numa Home Care, we’re more than just caregivers—we’re family supporting families.
I’m Ryan Hester, founder of Numa, and I’ve called the Ozarks home for over 30 years. After raising a large family here, I saw firsthand how essential it is to have dependable, compassionate support you can trust. That’s why I started Numa: to help seniors and families feel safe, supported, and respected—right in the comfort of their own home.
We’re a locally owned, family-founded business—not a franchise—which means every decision is made with personal connection and community in mind. We understand how much trust it takes to let someone into your home and your loved one’s daily routine. That’s why we treat every client like family—with warmth, dignity, and genuine attention.
Before launching Numa, I worked with industry leaders like Walmart, Amazon, and Starbucks. Those experiences taught me how to deliver high-quality service efficiently and affordably. At Numa, we apply that same standard to in-home support—keeping our overhead low and our standards high so you get exceptional service at a fair price.
Every Numa team member completes professional training through Care Academy, a nationally recognized program for in-home support. We invest in our team because we believe well-trained staff create better experiences for your family.
From help with meals and errands to companionship, light housekeeping, and everyday organization, we tailor each plan to fit your needs. Whether you're navigating aging, recovery, or disability, we’re here to make life easier—and a lot more comfortable.
Numa is more than just a service—it’s a promise.
From our family to yours.
